APPROACH
A large European GP platform contacted Accellency to outsource the production of their Private Placement Memorandum (PPM) for the fundraising of the latest vintage of their thematic private credit fund. Accellency’s team conducted a thorough review of all marketing materials related to this strategy and held three workshops with the investment teams. This allowed Accellency to begin production of the PPM, working largely independently while providing the client with regular updates on the process through weekly calls.
RESULTS
Accellency’s existing deep knowledge of the asset class and market environment enabled a high degree of autonomy in document production, minimising the need for frequent interactions with the investment and investor relations teams. As a result, outsourcing the PPM production resulted in a high-quality document while allowing the client’s investment and investor relations teams to concentrate their energies on investor meetings during this critical phase of the fundraising process.
