APPROACH
A leading European investment fund engaged Accellency to help them transform their annual LP AGM in order to boost the profile of their GP platform and to establish their Investor Day as the forum of reference in their asset class. Accellency designed an event focused on LP engagement, thought leadership and live interactions between speakers and the audience.
Working closely with the fund’s leadership, investment and investor relations teams, Accellency helped shape the key messages and key highlights of the day. Accellency produced all slides and visual materials, supported all presenters to draft their scripts and coached them to enhance their impact when presenting in a hybrid setting. Acting as a fully integrated investor relations specialist advisor, Accellency also worked on all aspects of the event including project management, technical production and live streaming.
RESULTS
The event engaged LPs with relevant topics and innovative formats which drove a high level of interactions during the event and beyond. Detailed planning, scripting and presentation production ensured key messages were delivered consistently and impactfully to promote the main capabilities and products offered by the platform.
