APPROACH

Accellency had been working for a large growth equity-backed FinTech company on an equity story repositioning ahead of another round of private capital raising. The company wanted to rapidly implement Accellency’s equity story recommendations before reaching out to investors.

Accellency provided operational support and execution services in 3 workstreams: 1/ corporate website transformation: leveraging our deep understanding of the company and the new equity story, we delivered a full redraft of the corporate website content, 2/ press coverage: we briefed and managed the PR agency in their media reach-out, reviewing press releases and preparing talking points to engage journalists with the right story 3/ investor community perception: we produced a short presentation teaser and coached the management for a high-stake engagement at a global Fintech conference.

RESULTS

The Fintech company was able to leverage Accellency’s expert resources to operationally roll-out their new equity story positioning with very limited disruption to the business. This enabled them to accelerate the transformation of their business narrative across 3 strategic communications channels: website, press and the investor community, allowing them to successfully launch and complete a Unicorn capital raise.
