Current investors include KKR and Towerbrook while the transaction has been assisted by BNP Paribas, Citi, JP Morgan and KKR Capital Markets acting as Joint Global Coordinators and Joint Bookrunners. Rothschild & Co and 8 Advisory have acted as independent financial advisor, Brunswick as financial communications advisor.

OVHcloud’s revenues reached €632 million in FY2020.
