APPROACH
A large investment firm approached us to draft the Due Diligence Questionnaire (DDQ) for a new strategy. This new investment vehicle was built upon the expertise of two existing strategies. Accellency organised a series of workshops with the investment team and marketing departments to gather the information necessary to produce the document independently. Accellency then drafted the DDQ was so that it was consistent with the investment fund’s existing marketing materials and ready for inclusion in the data room.
RESULTS
Working with Accellency ahead of the DDQ production helped refine certain aspects of the strategy, allowing it to stand out from competitors. This final DDQ not only answered common investor questions but also served as a powerful tool to reinforce and expand key messages, presenting the strategy clearly and effectively. This DDQ met one of the fund manager’s key objectives for this new strategy: to lock the key messages into the reader’s memory and positively influence LPs’ likelihood to invest.
